The Note

No schedule — I send one email about Athens when the city gives me something worth sending. Not the Athens on the postcards; the one I live in. A table worth the walk, a detour worth the climb, a pour worth staying out for. Three things, chosen because I'd send them to a friend.

It's for the person coming for four days who doesn't want to spend one of them in a queue. For the ones who've been before and want the version underneath. For anyone who reads the menu before they read the monument.

It isn't a listings site and it isn't a top-forty. No affiliate links, no sponsored plates, no ten-things-you-must. If you want everything, the internet already has it. This is three, not thirty.
